The key rules which may differ from the comprehensive rules on the link are as follows :-

1) Restart from ball out of play over sideline - throw in

2) Height restriction - no height restriction

3) Penalty from 6m but run up restricted to one stride

4) No slide tackles allowed [however sliding allowed to intercept ball where no opponent involved]

5) Keeper may return ball to play how he chooses for goal kick, including dribbling, but ball is in play as soon as he grounds it, attacker must give keeper 3m space up to this point.

6) Players must retreat 3m for free kicks and corners
